The chile heat in this sauce comes from the Bhut Jolokia, a chile pepper from India tested by Dr. Paul W. Bosland (New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, NM) and measured at 1 million Scoville Heat Units.
Caution: your taste buds may cry out, “Holy Jolokia!”
