This Chinese/Indian fusion is Dawson’s newest addition to their line. Inspired by the unique citrus tones of Sichuan Peppercorn and the world class heat of Ghost Peppers, the sauce equally blends heavy notes of garlic, olive oil and ginger.
Each bottle contains up to 16 ghost peppers, so our advice is that only experienced chileheads take on this incredibly fiery sauce!

Love it. Really hot with great Flavour. Use in stews, stir fry virtually anything. Only need 5 or 6 drops so be careful

Sauce was quite good but I saw on their website that this is the reformulated batch. They have since gone back to the original formula which is a greenish colour so I hope you’ll bring in the original as well.
