Chinese style barbecue sauce, such as the BULL HEAD Barbecue Sauce (also known as Chinese Satay or Sa-cha sauce), has a long history in Chinese cuisine.
It has a savoury and slightly spicy taste, and can be used as a base for soups, a rub for barbecued meats, seasoning for stir fry dishes, to marinate pork and beef roast on skewers, or as a component for dipping sauces especially in hot pot meals.
