Butterfly Bakery of Vermont make hot sauce. They make mustard. They love good beer. It took them surprisingly long to realise that they really ought to be making a beer mustard hot sauce. So they did. And it was good. On sausage. On pizza. On salad. And on burgers.
This condiment of perfection is made with Von Trapp Brewery Vienna Style Lager and Vermont serranos.

Really like it. Heat is warm but not too hot. The flavour is good, you can taste the mustard but it’s not very mustardy. Can’t really taste the larger but it’s still a very tasty and versatile sauce
