We accept a variety of payment methods. You can order using major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payments via Paypal and by direct deposit to our bank account.

In the case of payment by direct deposit, your order will not be dispatched until the cleared funds have arrived in our bank account. If payment is not received within three (3) business days, the order will be cancelled. Please contact us promptly if you anticipate any delays in depositing your order payment.

Yes. At Sauce Mania customer security is our highest priority and any data submitted to us will be securely encrypted with the strongest available algorithms.

The SSL certificate used by Sauce Mania carries a $10,000 warranty to further protect customer purchases.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed you are unable to change it. If you would like to order additional products you will need to place another order.

It is possible to cancel an order after it has been placed and before it has shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise on the status of your order and let you know whether it can be cancelled.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Order Shipped email that will have an invoice attached to it.

We’ll certainly do our best! If there is a sauce that you love and can’t find in stock elsewhere in Australia, or you would like to see it stocked at Sauce Mania, please contact us and let us know. We’ll do our best to find a supplier or distributor and, where possible, place an order and stock it for you.
