Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce perfectly balances an exciting flavour with a sensational heat.
This is their hottest recipe, with more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in their Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. It also differs from the other two sauces because it doesn’t have any citrus juice, but it does have three types of vinegar: their own dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar, Bragg’s apple cider vinegar and for extra depth of flavour some pure balsamic vinegar is added. There won’t be an overwhelming coffee flavour but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavour of the red habaneros.
This sauce works great with rich foods like chillis, stews and pizza. You can also try mixing it with ketchup for fries and burgers, or add as-is to the perfect falafel sandwich. The Queen Majesty folks recommend that you put it on everything.
Sugar and gluten free.
Queen Majesty use all-natural ingredients so sometimes the color and heat of the sauce may vary slightly from batch to batch but the taste will be the same!
Ingredients: Fair Trade Coffee-Infused White Vinegar, Red Bell Peppers, Onions, Red Habanero Hot Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother, Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic, Olive Oil, Ginger Root, Salt and Spices.

Very tasty.
Hotter than typical hot sauce, but not the spiciest thing ever. You won’t be in agony, but a good step up.
It was wing 4 on hot ones (I think)
