Absolutely amazing customer service! I received a sauce with the seal broken that had leaked at no fault of sauce mania and after sending an email, I got a response straight away to let me know they would be sending out another bottle free of charge! I then went on to make another two orders, I was so impressed with the customer service! Won’t get my sauces anywhere else.
Bought via Ebay, fast and efficient – had a lil bit of trouble with Sendle, as I missed my parcel delivery and it was taken to a 711 but they don’t give you an address for the location, just tell you the ‘store number’ which I then had to locate on the 711 website on a map by scrolling around, then once there the cashier told me they didn’t have the parcel and didn’t inform me that it was in one of the parcel lockers there, but figured it out and went back and got it hah. Would probably prefer Auspost even if it’s a coupla dollars more, but I do know for next time now so no big deal.
